Job summary

Mankiewicz Coatings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Material Planner to ensure seamless supply chain operations and align production with customer demand. The role collaborates with Sales, Global Material Planning, Purchasing, and suppliers to maintain optimal material flow.

You will manage production schedules, execute MRP, and coordinate purchasing and inbound shipments while maintaining compliance with quality standards and documentation across SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Experience with CIP, FMEA, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize capacity and delivery.
• Execute Material Requirements Planning for raw materials, intermediates, finished goods and recertification.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor purchase orders with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound overseas shipments and deliveries to warehouses.
• Plan and replenish consumables to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stocking parameters.
• Analyze inventory performance and drive improvements to reduce days on hand.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to align production with demand.
• Collaborate with Shipping to ensure timely material movement.
• Work with Quality Control to prioritize workflow and maintain quality standards.
• Support Lean and 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
