Job summary

Camaco LLC seeks a Materials Planner to plan and monitor inventory, schedule outbound finished goods, and coordinate with suppliers to meet production needs.

The role emphasizes MRP accuracy, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain production schedules and optimize material flow. A Bachelor's in Materials/Purchasing plus 5+ years in manufacturing, and Plex/Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials/Purchasing, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting – automotive a plus.
• Knowledge and experience using an MRP system – Plex is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements and minimum stock levels.
• Plan, implement and evaluate material delivery processes from supplier to point of fit.
• Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
• Perform day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
• Monitor BOM integrity and inventory levels; support accuracy checks.
• Create regular reports and analysis; drive continuous improvement.
