Eaton's MSD Mission System Division in Westminster, MD is seeking a Material Operations Supervisor to lead receiving, stockroom, kitting, and shipping aligned with the production schedule. You will manage a team of material handlers, own inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations.
Experience with materials management, warehouse, logistics, or mfg. operations.

Responsibilities

Lead material operations across receiving, stockroom, kitting, and shipping to support the production schedule.
Supervise and develop a team of material handlers and coordinators; manage staffing and performance.
Own inventory accuracy; drive cycle counts, root-cause analysis, and ERP data integrity.
Ensure material is kitted and ready for production; escalate shortages with Supply Chain.
Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
