Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of materials management, warehouse/stockroom, logistics, or manufacturing ops OR HS with 5 years of same experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment.
• ITAR restrictions require U.S. person status for applicants; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily material operations across receiving, stockroom, kitting, internal movement and shipping to support the production schedule.
• Supervise and develop a team of material handlers and coordinators including staffing, training, performance management and timekeeping.
• Own site inventory accuracy; manage cycle counts, investigate variances and maintain ERP data integrity.
• Ensure material is kitted and staged to the plan; escalate shortages and expedite critical material with Supply Chain to prevent line stoppages.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory turns and responsiveness; report performance in daily accountability meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and ITAR/export controls; maintain records and audits.
• Act as a continuous improvement leader for material flow using lean tools to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Support SIOP with accurate material availability, inventory, and capacity input; partner with Quality on nonconforming materials.
