Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FED division is seeking a Materials Operations Manager for its Rumford, RI facility. You will lead materials flow, inventory control, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels, guided by the Network's Master Production Schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in materials/operations, supervisory experience, and a U.S. work authorization. A CPIM or related credentials are preferred. Salary is listed with incentive eligibility and benefits support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years combined experience in Materials, Operations, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Management in manufacturing.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory/manager role.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials flow and inventory to support plant operations.
• Administer indirect and MRO purchasing per Eaton policies.
• Generate short-term production scheduling aligned to Network plan.
• Monitor execution of production schedule and escalate material availability as needed.
• Drive forecast attainment from the SIOP plan and align with customer priorities.
