Job summary

Epihermetics is seeking a Logistics and Materials Supervisor to oversee the movement of materials, parts, and assemblies across departments in alignment with production schedules and priorities. The role focuses on material availability, inventory accuracy, ship/receive processes, and ensuring on-time support for production.

The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a logistics/shipping environment is common.
• Experience supervising employees and coordinating daily tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise flow of materials within and between departments based on production schedules.
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to Shipping, Receiving, Stockroom, and Material Prep teams.
• Review schedules and shortages to determine required materials and coordinate timely delivery.
