Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Materials Operations Manager at its Rumford, RI facility to lead materials flow, inventory control, and scheduling in support of the Master Production Schedule. The role drives on-time delivery, leverages Lean principles, and coordinates with Network Planning to optimize the SIOP process.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in supply chain within manufacturing, with several years of leadership and experience in Power BI and MFG/Pro. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years combined experience in Materials, Operations, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of one (1) year manager of people experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials flow and transactions inventory to support the plant's operations by deploying lean material flow.
• Administration of Indirect and MRO purchasing function according to Eaton standards.
• Generate short-term production scheduling aligned by the plan defined by the Network.
