Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow and delivery for shipments.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and develop materials staff through education, training, coaching, mentoring and certification.
• Manage warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage of materials.
• Oversee inventory management and control and ensure customer satisfaction through effective planning.
