Job summary

Generac is seeking a materials leadership professional to optimize flow and warehouse operations at our Belvidere facility. You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and partner with planning, purchasing, and production to resolve quality and delivery issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of leadership experience in materials management, with strong SAP skills and a focus on KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and timely delivery from other locations.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and develop materials staff through coaching and certification.
• Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage.
