Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility from receiving to production line supply.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead and develop materials staff through education, training, coaching and certification.
• Manage daily warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage of materials.
• Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and adherence to inventory guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing and Production to address quality and delivery issues.
• Act as SAP Super User within the functional area.
