Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure uninterrupted material availability for manufacturing operations.

You will serve as the primary link between production, planning, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics to resolve short-term shortages, address mid-term risks, and drive improvements in material flow and supplier performance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedite material shortages that threaten production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics to accelerate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Analyze production priorities and ensure materials are available for daily manufacturing requirements.
• Support inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory health initiatives.
• Lead material risk reviews and develop corrective actions to eliminate chronic shortages.
