Job summary

EarthStream Global is seeking a seasoned Materials Handling Manager to lead site materials operations on a major U.S. EPC project.

You will oversee receiving, inspection, storage, inventory, issuing, and material control, coordinating with Construction, Procurement, Engineering, Expediting, and Logistics to keep deliveries aligned with the schedule. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in materials management on large-scale industrial projects, with hands-on site leadership and strong

Qualifications

10+ years' experience across materials management, material control, warehouse, logistics, or construction supply chain.
Experience on large-scale EPC or industrial construction projects.
Hands-on experience managing materials on a live project site.
Experience working with Construction, Procurement, Engineering, and Expediting.

Responsibilities

Lead site materials operations across receiving, inspection, storage, inventory, issuing, and material control.
Manage warehouse and laydown yard activities, ensuring materials are organized, tracked, and available when construction needs them.
Work closely with Construction, Procurement, Engineering, Expediting, Logistics, and Vendors to align material deliveries with the project schedule.
Track critical and long-lead materials, major equipment, BOMs, and construction requirements, identifying issues before they impact the project.
Resolve material and delivery issues, including shortages, discrepancies, OS&D, and inventory-related problems.
Lead the materials/warehouse team and continuously improve site processes, reporting, and overall material flow.
