Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Subcontract Administrator for Life Sciences North America to contract professional and construction services and lead small projects (Total Installed Cost $50M or less). You’ll coordinate procurement tasks and apply best practices in subcontracting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in business/construction/supply chain/ops management with 5+ years in contracting and 2–5 years in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing projects preferred, plus strong MS Office/Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, construction, supply chain, or operations management, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in construction contracting.
• 2–5 years of Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing Projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract standard to complex professional and/or construction services.
• Lead small projects with Total Installed Cost of $50M or less.
• Coordinate procurement transactions and ensure policy compliance.
• Support procurement integration with project functions and teams.
