Job summary

Prysmian in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a motivated Supply Chain professional to join our team. This role supports material availability, planning execution, and supply flow coordination across the Production Plant, Distribution Center, Customer Care, Procurement, third-party partners, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with SAP including standard SAP and APO modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support on-time delivery through materials management and inbound/outbound flow coordination.
• Forecast and plan for long lead-time materials, raw materials, and finished goods to enable production and DC operations.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability for production schedules and customer requirements.
• Manage external partner activities to meet targets while upholding Prysmian values and KPIs.
• Coordinate supply chain topics across Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor flows to support accurate and efficient production planning and execution.
• Convert SAP requisitions into purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain supplier communication, including bi-monthly calls, for alignment and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis on KPIs and recommend action plans when targets deviate.
• Assist with physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to ERP changes and new development initiatives to improve processes.
