Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced SAP planning/master data.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving abilities; strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in cable manufacturing, telecommunications, or fiber/optic environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, convert, manage, and close planned and production orders in SAP and maintain associated documentation.
• Develop and maintain an executable master production schedule aligned with capacity and material availability.
• Assign ship and due dates, accounting for lead times and pack requirements.
• Level load production based on forecast and constraints; monitor and adjust schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to approve and modify sales orders and product configurations.
• Support engineering changes, bill of materials, and routing updates as needed.
