Job summary

Prysmian Group in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Master Planner to lead end-to-end planning, scheduling and execution of production orders across multiple value streams, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal capacity. You will coordinate between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Care, Sales and Distribution, using SAP planning tools and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain.
Experience with SAP ERP and planning modules.
Strong data-driven problem solving and analytics.
Excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create, convert, manage, and close planned and production orders in SAP.
Develop and maintain a master production schedule aligned with capacity and demand.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory accuracy and perform root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
Schedule changes and communicate issues impacting customer delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen.
