Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions seeks a seasoned Materials Manager to lead end-to-end materials management in a multi-product manufacturing site. You will balance customer demand with capacity, optimize inventory, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining strong ERP-driven planning and Lean initiatives.

You will oversee Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Material Flow, and Logistics, developing teams and partnering with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive materials management or supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management across a large multi-product facility.
• Oversee Production Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Ops, Material Flow, and Logistics.
• Maintain Clear-to-Build readiness and address supply risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish KPIs across materials functions.
