Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a seasoned Materials and Production Planning leader to translate demand into executable production plans. You will manage inventory movements, master data, and the ERP/WMS landscape while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead a team through 1:1 coaching, optimize warehousing standards, and partner with Demand Planning and distribution to meet MELT targets on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• Proven experience in materials management, planning and warehousing.
• Strong data analytics and use of ERP/WMS systems.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Convert and maintain the supply plan into production plans with accurate MELT timelines.
• Manage inventory movements, ensure timely transactions and master data accuracy.
• Lead inventory control, block/consignment/ QM-Stock and obsolete processes.
• Oversee inbound/outbound goods and maintain budget and labor alignment.
• Develop and maintain warehouse standards and 95%+ inventory accuracy.
