Job summary

Panelmatic seeks a senior Materials Lead to develop enterprise-wide materials strategies across warehouse, logistics, and production. You will standardize processes, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Operations and Production to minimize shortages and interruptions.

Applicants should have 10+ years in materials leadership in manufacturing, expertise with ERP/WMS, and a track record of Lean/Six Sigma improvements that boost inventory turns and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years leading materials, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or control panels and automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipping.
• Standardize warehouse processes, KPIs, and material flow across sites.
• Optimize layouts and material handling to support growth and on-time delivery.
• Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and lean improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to drive performance.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and transformation initiatives across materials management.
