Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Materials and Document Logistics Coordinator in San Francisco to support materials intake, printing, filing, and delivery activities for depot and office locations. You will organize incoming compliance materials and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, updating electronic trackers, preparing documents for distribution, coordinating FedEx and other deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials intake, document control, filing, shipping, or logistics support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and documentation.
• Print, label, file documents per procedures.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Track materials, documents, shipments, and delivery status.
• Update electronic trackers and reflect latest materials status.
• Prepare packages for depot delivery, including Waymo depots.
• Coordinate FedEx shipments and other deliveries.
• Deliver materials to depots and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized work area and proper storage.
• Identify missing or damaged materials and escalate issues.
• Support general administrative and materials coordination tasks.
