Job summary

Yoh is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Materials and Document Logistics Coordinator to support materials intake, printing, filing, and delivery activities. The role involves organizing incoming materials, maintaining records, and coordinating shipments to Waymo depots, FedEx, and other locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials intake, document control, filing, shipping, or logistics support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately print, label, sort, and maintain records.
• Familiarity with FedEx or similar shipping platforms.
• Ability to follow procedures and manage multiple requests.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, printing, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and documentation.
• Print, prepare, label, and file documents according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
• Track materials, documents, shipments, and delivery status.
• Update electronic trackers and share communications to reflect the latest materials status.
• Prepare packages and materials for depot delivery, including locations such as Waymo depots.
• Coordinate FedEx shipments and other deliveries as required.
• Deliver or distribute materials to depots and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure materials are stored appropriately.
• Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect materials and escalate.
• Support general administrative and materials coordination tasks.
