King City Gardens is seeking a Material Coordinator I to manage the movement and tracking of raw materials, ensuring timely delivery to production pods and accurate record-keeping in compliance with SOPs and regulations.

The role emphasizes data reporting on material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy, with a focus on coordinating with production teams to optimize efficiency and reduce waste in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a manufacturing environment with responsibilities for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Material management and distribution to production pods; maintain stock levels to prevent disruptions.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document inventory movements accurately.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Track production waste and analyze data to identify patterns and reduce future waste.
• Produce regular data reports on material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
