Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Materials Coordinator for Mesa, AZ. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3PM–11PM, handling receiving, put-away, picking and shipping tasks with RF/WMS tools. You will support inventory accuracy and safety in a busy automotive-focused environment.

Candidates should have automotive industry experience, familiarity with DMS systems, and competence with Excel and spreadsheets. Teamwork and willingness to train across warehouse functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or service environments.
• Familiarity with DMS systems and Excel.
• Ability to create and read spreadsheets and tables.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive into WMS.
• Perform stock checks and cycle counts.
• Pack, re-pack and wrap products for shipping.
• Label parts during put away, picking or shipping.
• Pick parts for orders and shipments.
• Ensure proper delivery documents accompany shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
• Distribute materials to production workers and keep KPI logs.
