Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a temp-to-perm Materials Coordinator to support receiving, storing, staging, and distributing raw materials, components, and finished goods in a cGMP environment.

You will perform ERP data entry, verify shipments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with QA/QC, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable to keep inventory accurate and shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in materials management; pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and quality documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Perform timely ERP data entry for material transactions.
• Verify incoming materials against specs, vendor documents and PO details.
• Maintain receiving documentation per SOPs and internal procedures.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy; assist with improvements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
