Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred for strategic role.
• 3–6 years cycle counting and physical inventory experience.
• 5–7 years in warehouse/inventory management in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Strong leadership, planning and negotiation capabilities.
• Solid reading of blueprints/BOMs and MS Office proficiency.
• Proven problem-solving with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control, receiving, storage, and quality checks.
• Lead cycle counts and annual physical inventories; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse movements and optimize layout and flow.
• Plan material flow with production schedules and space constraints.
• Maintain ERP system data for supplies/packaging and accounting.
• Develop KPIs for warehouse accuracy, safety, and productivity.
