Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material handling or inventory roles.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated in a team setting.
• Ability to read work orders/prints and use computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Print reading ability and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptable thinking.
• Knowledge of custom store fixture industry and receiving processes.
• Ability to identify products from labels quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to others and act as a leader on the floor.
• Manage as Manager when the Manager is off floor or absent.
• Maintain expert understanding of all material handling roles.
• Coordinate with other departments and management.
• Communicate actively with employees and upper management.
• Locate products, complete cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to expedite customer requests.
• Close jobs, update inventory, assign locations, and manage reports in ERP.
• Organize and plan shipments for unloading or transit.
• Inspect inbound/outbound goods and resolve discrepancies.
• Work independently while handling multiple priorities.
• Perform cycle counts and report results to leadership.
• Validate BOM accuracy through CSF process.
• Determine storage methods and locations for inventory transactions.
• Show proficiency in picking and bin transfers in ERP.
• Take on tasks such as Receiving/Shipping clerk as needed.
• Operate lift equipment within safety limits.
• Scan QR and bar codes to complete pick transactions.
