Swoon in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Materials Systems Coordinator to strengthen inventory and materials processes. The role focuses on ERP/MRP systems, data analysis, and Lean manufacturing improvements on the plant floor.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in materials management, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth into leadership in materials or inventory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in materials management or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and data analysis.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Events.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve materials, inventory, BOM, and part data within an ERP/MRP system.
• Analyze inventory trends and material usage to improve inventory levels, accuracy, and cost.
• Support material transfers between manufacturing facilities and resolve supply-related issues.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, sales, customer service, and other teams.
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop improved processes and documentation and participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and work directly with operations.
