Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent professional experience in materials control or inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory software, and advanced Excel skills.
• Certification in SCM (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English is highly preferred for international communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import demand file and run MRP in SAP, verify accuracy and publish MRP.
• Track material preparation status and ensure accuracy of material demand forecasts.
• Maintain base data in system (item master, BOM) and perform weekly audits.
• Prepare reports for End of Manufacturing materials disposition and collaborate with sites.
• Review reports to monitor aging, excess, salvage, scrap and inter-site transfers.
• Coordinate interdepartmental reviews to achieve KPI targets for materials control.
• Lead cycle counts and materials process flows across year cycles.
• Manage customer-supplied material accounting and conduct cycle counts.
• Issue Sales Orders/Delivery Notes and prepare shipping documents.
• Prepare shipment hit rate results for managers' meetings.
