Job summary

MP NEXLEVEL LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to organize, track, and optimize the flow of materials within projects and on-site sites. You will manage reception, storage, and distribution while maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a can-do approach to handling shipments, cycle counts, and issue resolution, with the ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Understanding of materials used in construction or specific project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, verifying packaging and accompanying documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Address and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouses or storage areas.
• Coordinate and direct the work of any Inventory Specialists onsite.
• Recommend and create any process improvements for streamlining the inventory processes.
• Safety training as required by position.
• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
