Morgan Li, LLC is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving, receiving, and staging materials with high accuracy. The role requires operating material-handling equipment and using Epicor ERP to record transactions.

The position emphasizes maintaining inventory integrity, aiding cycle counts during downtime, and collaborating with supervisors to prevent production interruptions. A high school diploma and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory transactions.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor, and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely move raw materials, sub-assemblies, WIP, and finished goods across the facility.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas to prevent delays.
• Receive, identify, stage, store, and organize materials per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movements.
