Job summary

SkyChefs is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support daily inventory operations at our SkyChefs ATL Eastpoint facility near the ATL airport. You will track stock levels, place orders, maintain records, and ensure materials are available to support production and operations.

Work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and management in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years in inventory control or related clerical work; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse administration, materials coordination, data entry, purchasing support, or clerical operations.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, food production, airline catering, distribution, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify products needing replenishment.
• Place purchase orders based on inventory and usage trends.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders in the inventory management system.
• Verify deliveries, invoices, and system records for accuracy.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly counts and stock audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order issues and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, and location data in systems.
