Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to coordinate daily acquisition, receiving and distribution of materials for the CSS unit in a day shift. You will use mobile devices to count, track, and restock inventory, process orders, and ensure accurate packing and delivery to campus departments.

The role requires 1–3 years in supply chain or shipping/receiving, High school diploma or GED, and solid computer skills including Microsoft Windows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, shipping, and receiving.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
• Strong reading and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory supply counting and daily review of minimum/maximum levels; place orders as needed.
• Process and print pick tickets, packing slips, and invoices; bill to cost centers.
• Fulfill orders using computerized pick tickets; stage items for shipment and attach packing slips.
• Deliver and receive materials, obtain signatures, and rotate stock as needed.
• Count and restock supplies, verify expiration dates, and maintain clean storage areas.
• Restock inventory sites across distribution and warehouse areas; manage equipment returns.
