Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Materiel Coord-Pt Care to coordinate daily acquisition, receiving and distribution of materials for the CSS - AMCH unit. This role focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, and accurate data entry using mobile devices.

You will perform counting, restocking, and delivering supplies within the on-site distribution network, maintain records, and support cost-effective material systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school graduate or GED.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a service position involving supply chain, shipping and receiving.
• Demonstrated basic level competency with Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Inventory supply counting using a handheld/mobile device and periodic stock checks.
• Process inventory orders and generate pick tickets/packing slips.
• Fulfill customer orders and stage items for shipment.
• Deliver and count/verify supplies in distribution areas; obtain signatures for POs.
