Albany Med Health System is seeking an Inventory Site Coordinator to manage stock levels, conduct counts with handheld devices, and upload results to the Material Management system. The role coordinates daily acquisition, receiving, and distribution of supplies for the Mail Room.

The candidate will generate restock orders, process requisitions, and maintain knowledge of product utilization and regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, etc.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and materials management.
• Basic spreadsheet and database management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains stock inventory for the department.
• Performs counts with handheld device and uploads data to the system.
• Generates restock orders and processes supply requisitions.
• Receives, stores, and tracks non-stock items; liaises with staff.
• Maintains knowledge of product utilization and regulatory requirements.
