Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk for the CSS - AMCH Supply Chain Management unit. The role focuses on daily coordination of material resources, inventory management, and cost‑effective purchasing initiatives on the day shift.

You will count supplies, process orders, fulfill requests, and deliver items across on‑campus Distribution. Strong Windows skills and 1–3 years in a supply chain role are desired.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a service position involving supply chain, shipping, and receiving.
• Basic level of Windows proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inventory counting and ordering using handheld devices; review min/max levels and place orders.
• Process inventory orders and generate pick tickets and packing slips.
• Fulfill customer orders from stock, stage picked supplies for shipment and attach packing slips.
• Deliver materials within on‑campus Distribution and related storage areas; obtain signatures on POs.
• Count and restock supplies; keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties in Supply Chain as needed; work every fifth weekend and two major holidays per year.
