Job summary

The Material Handling Supervisor at Stellantis Toledo Plant leads teams of hourly associates to ensure timely material receiving and delivery aligned with daily production targets.

You will troubleshoot issues, allocate manpower, and promote Stellantis Production Way to continuously improve throughput and safety. Collaboration with union leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Public Speaking Skills

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of hourly and bargaining employees to complete material receiving and delivery activities
• Troubleshoot problems and allocate resources to prevent plant throughput impact
• Collaborate with Union Leadership to address team member concerns
• Monitor and replenish production lineside inventory levels
• Manage Material Handling Equipment including SOPs and maintenance
• Provide daily reporting for area safety, quality, throughput, and inventory control
