Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. You will coordinate safety, quality, throughput and cost while providing coaching on Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS) problem solving.

Responsibilities include supervising skilled trades, driving continuous improvement through AM/PM/QM/FI/PD methods, and leading kaizen activities to boost OEE and reduce waste. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED as a minimum qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of plant staff and leadership.
• Experience coaching/mentoring skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled trades employees to meet maintenance department objectives.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Provide coaching on SIS problem solving and corrective action.
• Direct supervision of the Skilled Trades.
• Lead kaizen projects for OEE improvements and waste reduction.
