Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Comfortable working cross-functional in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency; willingness to learn new systems and RF devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately record and store materials in designated locations.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production lines.
• Pack and prepare outbound shipments in accordance with company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Fulfill internal requests for surplus or replacement parts.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and warehouse areas.
• Utilize RF scanners and internal systems to track inventory movement.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
