Job summary

Litania Sports Group in Champaign, IL seeks a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations through inventory movement, storage, and replenishment. This role helps ensure materials are available for manufacturing within our 200,000‑square‑foot facility.

Responsibilities include moving, restocking, picking, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate inventory records while following safety procedures and supporting other warehouse and production functions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient computer skills including ERP, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to pass required screenings in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, restock, and rotate inventory in warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure materials are in correct storage locations and inventory bins.
• Read work orders and production schedules to determine material requirements.
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and related equipment.
• Sort, organize, and stage materials for production and shipment.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
• Verify materials, quantities, and locations using bar codes and systems.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and warehouse organization.
• Inspect materials and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Support other warehouse and manufacturing functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
