Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior material handler or warehouse logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency operating forklifts and material handling equipment with safety focus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and cycle counts.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries for quality and quantity.
• Unloads freight using forklifts, cranes, and moves materials between docks and production areas.
• Stores parts and pulls materials to fulfill work orders and kits accurately.
• Operates forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintains inventory movement records and conducts cycle counts in systems.
• Stages, sorts, and prepares materials for internal use.
• Collaborates with production to ensure timely material flow.
• Adheres to OSHA and ISO safety standards; keeps work area clean.
