Shinola in Detroit is seeking a Material Handler to support daily factory operations. You will receive, store, and move materials to production lines, using RF scanners and internal systems to keep inventory accurate.
This hands-on role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in shipping or warehouse roles; you must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work effectively in a team to ensure timely deliveries and quality. The position is on-site with safety procedures in place.

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting daily factory operations by ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, and distributed. This positionis responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility, helping maintain inventory accuracy, and supporting production teams with timely material delivery. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and product quality.
