Job summary

CNH in Willmar, MN is seeking a dedicated Parts Picker to support assembly by handling, selecting, and delivering parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow safety and quality standards, print pick lists, and maintain accurate inventory using our systems while coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery to production lines.

This role emphasizes physical endurance, forklift operation, and attention to detail to uphold lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience with parts handling.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in dusty, cold or hot conditions.
• Must have a valid forklift operator license.
• Ability to read charts, schedules, drawings, and use scanners.
• Experience with TAKT time and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality requirements and participate in daily safety audits.
• Print pick lists, pull and place parts on sequence carts, replenish kanban pans, and report shortages.
• Reclassify rack locations per World Class Manufacturing principles to ensure FIFO.
• Deliver sequenced parts to assembly lines and ensure inventory accuracy in the system.
• Operate forklift and perform daily safety checks; maintain equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with other areas as needed.
