nVent is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Minneapolis, MN site to receive, stock, pick, issue and deliver materials in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain safe work areas, operate forklift and PIV equipment, and support production schedules while ensuring quality and accurate inventory records.

We value 1+ years of warehouse experience, a safety-focused mindset, and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of material flow processes.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ability to promote compliance with them.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Capacity to adapt to changing business conditions.

Responsabilités

• Receive, stock, pick, issue and deliver materials to support internal and external customers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area and equipment.
• Notify supervisors of issues with equipment, materials or documentation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure continuous supply of materials to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and accurately track inventory balances.
• Participate in team-based continuous improvement activities.
