Job summary

Federal Signal Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to help move parts, load and unload materials, and support production with accurate kit assembly and stock control. You will document serial numbers, perform cycle counts, and assist with lean initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role runs four 10-hour days, on site at Lake Crystal, MN, with potential overtime on Fridays or Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Passing forklift program is required.
• Attention to detail with reading/counting/kitting components and documenting work.
• Ability to work with operating system to obtain information and locate jobs.
• Must be a team player and work with others across departments.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Annual hazardous waste training and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in locating and supplying required parts for production.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods from machines and trucks.
• Kit or package components for shipments and manage serial/lot data.
• Perform cycle counts and rotate stock to reduce waste.
• Report quality problems and participate in continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean work environment and adhere to safety requirements.
