Job summary

TBEI is seeking a warehouse associate at the Lake Crystal, MN site to move materials, support production, and ensure accurate inventory handling. You will load and unload goods, assist with part supplies, and prepare shipments while following safety procedures and using PPE.

The role requires forklift certification and the ability to rotate among tasks to meet production needs. Typical schedule is four 10-hour days, with potential overtime on Fridays or Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Forklift program passing is required.
• Attention to detail for counting, kit parts, and documenting work.
• Must rotate jobs to meet schedule and safety requirements.
• Team player with cross-department collaboration.
• Must follow PPE and safety procedures; handle hazardous waste training.
• Hazardous Waste Management training completed annually.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished goods; load/unload machines.
• Assist with locating and supplying parts for production.
• Load/unload trucks; verify quantities and store items.
• Kit or package components for shipments; enter serial numbers/lot data.
• Perform cycle counts and rotate stock; communicate quality issues.
