Job summary

Crysteel Manufacturing in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse associate to move raw and finished parts, assist production, and prepare shipments. You will load/unload, count, and document parts, with rotation across tasks on a four-day 10-hour schedule. This on-site role requires safety adherence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift program certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate counts and documentation.
• Ability to rotate jobs and work with diverse teams across departments.
• Basic math skills for quantities, shipments, and serial numbers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and finished goods.
• Assist with locating and supplying parts for production.
• Kitting or packaging components for shipments.
• Complete cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Enter serial numbers and lot/trace data accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Support lean initiatives and process improvements.
