Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain is seeking a Materials Group Leader to supervise team leaders and members in the Materials area, including coordination with subcontractors. You will ensure safety, quality, timely component delivery, and inventory control while promoting HTGP values and performance standards.

You'll lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, drive continuous improvement in Materials, and support IATF 16949 compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and training as

Qualifications

• High School or GED required with 4-year degree or equivalent supervisory/production control background.
• 4-6 years job related experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety in Materials area and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure integrity of components from receipt to use and maintain inventory control (FIFO).
• Drive on-time deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to minimize downtime.
• Support IATF16949 compliance through SOPs and training.
