Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain (HTGP) seeks an experienced Quality Leader to drive plant quality initiatives across corporate, EHS, and technical functions. You will lead data-driven decisions, supervise a small team, and coordinate actions to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, process audits, and maintaining a cost-of-quality system while ensuring compliance with IATF16949 and ISO 45001 standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess the basic ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must satisfactorily complete HTGP hiring process requirements, including interviews, medical and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to HTGP policies and procedures.
• Plans, develops, implements and audits processes to meet customer requirements.
• Leads quality management initiatives and drives KPIs.
• Analyzes quality data, reports discrepancies, and coordinates corrective actions.
• Manages budget and ensures cost of quality is tracked.
• Supervises 3-5 direct reports and provides leadership to the team.
