Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with procurement experience.
• Experience interpreting purchasing documents and procurement processing.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders for production and non-production needs.
• Support supplier quality management and handle material returns.
• Collaborate with quality on supplier development initiatives.
• Create and maintain production schedules.
• Process invoicing for sales orders and manage PO receipts.
• Support RFQ processes and maintain supplier relationships.
• Partner with Quality to address non-conformance and improve supplier performance.
• Keep Product Fulfillment Manager informed about supply chain challenges.
• Coordinate product return activities including repacking and restocking.
• Participate in supplier and internal audits.
