Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative work in construction or AEC consulting, or 3 years in project coordination/management with a related bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel overnight ~15% for seasonal office visits, planning meetings, and trainings.
• Ability to solve complex problems and apply project management methodologies under deadlines.
• Proven planning, organizing, and execution capabilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CMS group operations, including scheduling, meetings, and travel planning.
• Manage centralized CMS procedures: registry, timesheets, invoicing guidelines, AR follow-up, contracts, and document templates.
• Act as a CMS reporting system administrator and QA/QC auditor for billing units.
• Support cross-office communication with SME’s Corporate Services teams (admin, marketing, accounting).
• Track and support HRIS certification updates and recruitment activities for the CMS group.
